摘　　要：探索特殊化疗药物的疗效预测标志物以及毒性相关标志物有利于指导临床选择高效、低毒的化疗药物及其组合,以达到个体化治疗的目标是目前研究的热点。本文拟就UGT1A1基因多态性与伊立替康临床疗效及安全的相关性作一综述。To explore the efficacy and toxicity-related markers of specific chemotherapy drugs and markers can help clinical selection of high efficient and low toxic chemotheraputic drugs and their combination to achieve the goal of individual therapy is the research focus.This paper aims to review UGT1A1 polymorphism and the efficacy and safety of irinotecan.
