摘 要:目的 探讨高频超声在乳腺良性肿块微创治疗中的应用价值.方法 对103乳腺良性病变患者行超声引导下微创手术治疗,术后病理及超声随访.结果 超声诊断乳腺良性肿块293个,其中实性248个,囊性45个.248个实性肿块和10个较大囊性肿块在超声引导下成功完整切除,35个小囊肿在超声引导下成功抽出囊液.超声诊断良性病变的准确率和符合率分别为97.28%和99.61%.术后3~6个月超声复查均无原发灶残留.结论Objective To explore the application value of high frequency ultrasound in minimally invasive treatment of benign breast masses. Methods One hundred and three patients with benign breast masses underwent minimally invasive treatment under high frequency ultrasound guidance, then pathology and ultrasonography were followed up. Results There were 293 benign breast masses diagnosed by ultrasonography, including 248 solid masses and 45 cystic masses. 248 solid masses and 10 cystic masses were completely removed under ultrasound guidance, cyst fluid was completely aspirated from 35 small cysts . The accuracy rate and accordance rate of ultrasound in diagnosis of benign masses were 97.28% and 99.61% , respectively. Follow up of uhrasonography showed no recurrence 3 - 6 months after treatment. Conclusion Uhrasound has important value in minimally invasive treatment of benign breast masses.
