摘  要:目的 :探讨食管癌发生发展过程中c myc基因表达的变化。方法 :用原位杂交方法 ,研究 2 1例食管鳞癌和相应癌旁粘膜中c myc基因的表达。结果 :食管正常粘膜、单纯增生、不典型增生Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级和原位癌的杂交阳性率分别为 12 5 % ,4 4 4 % ,5 2 9% ,5 3 8% ,5 8 3 %和 61 1% ,鳞癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ级分别为 5 0 0 %和 4 0 0 % ,其中单纯增生、不典型增生Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级、原位癌和鳞癌Ⅱ级的杂交阳性率较正常粘膜差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;正常粘膜阳性杂交信号低于单纯增生至原位癌各病理组织类型 ,癌组织的杂交信号多明显高于相应癌旁粘膜。结论 :c myc基因在食管癌发生发展过程中的单纯增生阶段激活 ,cAim:To investigate the expression of c myc gene in the carcinogenesis of human esophageal (EC).Methods:21 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and their corresponding mucosa were examined by using in situ hybridization (ISH).Results:The positive rates of c myc gene in normal esophageal epithelia,simple hyperplasia,grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ of dysplasia,carcinoma in situ (CIS) and grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ of SCC were 12.5%,44.4%,52.9%,53.8%,58.3%,61.1%,50.0% and 40.0% respectively.The rates of normal epithelia were significantly lower than those of simple hyperplasia,grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ of dysplasia,CIS and grade Ⅱ of SCC ( P <0.05).On the same slide,the hybridization signals in normal epithelia appeared weaker than those of other mucosa,while the signals in tumor were stronger than those of all mucosa.Conclusion:c myc gene may be activated at the stage of simple hyperplasia and its overexpression may be the cause,instead of the results,of human EC.
