青少年前牙缺失57例临床矫治分析

摘　　要：目的:讨论青少年不同情况前牙缺失的临床矫治方案。方法:回顾性分析2004年9月～2010年12月在西安航天总医院口腔正畸科就诊的青少年前牙缺失患者57例,其中前牙先天性缺失的31例,外伤性缺失的8例,埋伏阻生致牙列缺损的18例,分别采用正畸、正畸与口内、修复、口外联合治疗的方法进行矫治。结果:经治疗后,除1例患者家长不配合治疗,术后2年复发外,其余患者均达到美观与功能稳定的效果。讨论:对青少年前牙缺失患者进行综合性的治疗能够达到满意的效果。Objective To discuss the clinical treatment programs of young anterior teeth defects in different situations.Methods The 57 cases of young anterior teeth defects that treated at the General Hospital of Xi＇an Aerospace Orthodontics in September 2004 to December 2010 were included（31 cases of congenital absence,8 cases of traumatic loss,18 cases of impacted teeth）.We treated them by orthodontics and orthodontics associated with oral medicine,prosthodontics or maxillofacial surgery.Results After correction,except for 1 patient＇s parents not following the treatment and relapsed after 2 years,the remaining patients achieved the effects of beauty and stable functions.Conclusion Comprehensive therapy of young anterior teeth defects can achieve satisfactory results.
