摘  要:目的使用不同消毒剂调拌藻酸盐印模材料以制成具有自我消毒功能的自身消毒型印模,研究印模材料的抑茵效果,以探求一种临床操作简单快捷、精确有效的印模消毒方法。方法分别用0.01%、0.02%、0.03%、0.04%的二氧化氯(CIO_2)消毒液,0.01%的碘伏消毒液及无菌蒸馏水调拌藻酸盐印模材料制取同等规格的印模块,放入涂有金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念株茵的平板中,将平板放入37℃恒温培养箱中培养24h后取出,每个抑茵环的直径均在不同的位置测量3次,以3次平均值作为最终数据。采用SPSS11.5统计软件对测量结果进行One-way ANOVA分析,评价其抗菌效果。结果各组印模块抑茵环直径大小均有差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二氧化氯自身消毒型印模的抑茵环大于碘伏,且随浓度的增加,抑菌环直径增大。结论二氧化氯溶液调拌藻酸盐印模材料对白色念株茵及金黄色葡萄球菌均具有显著的抑菌效果。Objective To study the antibacterial property of self-disinfectant alginate impression and to explore a quick efficient convenient and precise clinical method for alginate impression disinfection. Methods The same specification self-disinfectant impression pieces were obtained by mixing alginate impression materials respectively with 0.01%,0.02%,0.03%,and 0.04%ClO_2,0.01%Iodophors disinfectant and sterile distilled water as contrast.These impression pieces were then put one by one on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans bacterial plates.These flat plates were raised in 37℃incubator and the diameter of each anti bacterial ring was measured after twenty-four hours.The experimental data were analyzed with SPSS11.5 statistic software package to evaluate antibacterial property of self-disinfectant alginate impression.Results Every impression piece mixed with disinfectant exhibited antibacterial activity.With the increase of disinfectant concentration,the microbial inhibition zone became larger and a significant difference was detected among them(P0.05).Furthermore,the antibacterial property of ClO_2 self-disinfectant impression pieces were found to surpass Iodophors self-disinfectant impression pieces.Conclusion This study shows that ClO_2 self- disinfection for impression is an effective disinfectant method.
