摘　　要：从目前大学生在图书馆选读书籍的现状出发,论述了高校图书馆导读工作的基本内容、开展导读工作的必要性和目的,并从构建合理导读资源、加强馆员素质等方面对图书馆开展导读工作提出了几点建议。Based on the current situation of undergraduates selecting books from library,the basic contents of reading guidance in university library was described,as well as the necessity and aim of carrying out reading guidance.Finally,some countermeasures,such as establishing rational reading guidance resource,improving the quality of librarian and so on,were proposed.
