摘　　要：应用日本三菱公司运动控制器Q170MCPU、能源再生模块MR-J3-CV55K4和伺服电机HA-LP50K1M4进行了SDP-110型伺服压力机控制系统的开发。分析了伺服压力机基本结构及对控制系统要求,选择了控制系统的结构方案,讨论了系统软件模块的结构组成,并对主要软件模块的技术实现进行了介绍。The control system of SDP—110 type servo press has been explored by use of motion controller Q170MCPU of Mitsubishi Corporation,Energy recovery module MR-J3-CV55K4 and Servo motor HA-LP50K1M4. The basic structure of the servo press and requirements of the control system have been analyzed.The structure of the control system has been selected.The structure composition of software module for system has been discussed. The technology of major software modules have been put forward.
