摘　　要：随着改革开放的不断深入和商品经济社会的发展,大学生思想文化和价值观念也日趋多元化。尤其是在当前经济全球化趋势不断加深,国家所处的政治、经济形势和国际环境日趋复杂的情况下,高校辅导员的工作正面临着一个全新挑战。重新思考辅导员角色定位,积极促进辅导员职能作用的更好发挥,是"新时期辅导员工作体系规范化研究"课题致力探讨的重要内容。With the acceleration of the policy of reform and opening-up and the development of social economy,university students have diversified ideas about culture and values.In an new era of globalization,the complicated political,economic and international situations bring a new challenge to the university political instructors.Therefore,the research on the standardization of working system for the university political instructors aims at a reconsideration about the roles and functions of the university political instructors in the new era.
