摘 要:目的对热-染料双指示剂稀释法和血管外肺水微机测量系统(EVLW)检测的血管外肺热容量(ETV)进行可靠性验证和评价。方法34只犬分为正常对照组与肺水肿实验组。将ETV与排除肺残余血量测得的血管外肺组织(ELM)和血管外肺水(ELW)比较。结果ETV与ELW相关系数r=0.9509,ETV与ELM相关系数r=0.9546,ETV重复测量值之间r=0.9040,变异系数CV=5.68%,对照组ETV最后/ELM为1.0094±0.033,实验组为0.9401±0.091。结论本系统能较准确、特异地对血管外肺水做定量分析,重复性好,可实时动态观察肺水的变化,从而早期诊断肺水肿。ETV对正常肺水略高估,而在严重肺水肿时略低估。Object: To evaluate and verify the reliability of ETV(extravascular thermal volume), measured by microcoputer system for ELW(extravascular lung water),and using thermaldye doubleindicator dilution method. Method: 34 dogs were divided into control group and lung edema test group. ETV was compared both with ELM(extravascular lung mass) excluded residual blood volume in lungs and ELW. Results: The correlated coefficient between ETV and ELW was 09509;between ETV and ELM was 09546; and between the values for ETV tested repeatedly was found to be 09404. The coefficient of variance(CV) showed 568%. The value for ratio between ETVlast and ELM was equal to 100940033 in control group and 094010091 in lung edema group. Conclusion: The changes of ELW can be analysed quantitatively and the repeatability is good. The real time dynamic change can be observed with this system.
