乙酰肝素酶和基质金属蛋白酶-9在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨乙酰肝素酶(HPA)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化技术检测60例低分化鼻咽癌和20例鼻咽慢性炎症组织中HPA和MMP-9的表达,并结合临床特征分析。结果鼻咽慢性炎症组织中无HPA和MMP-9阳性表达。鼻咽癌组织中HPA和MMP-9阳性表达率分别为55.0%(33/60)和60.0%(36/60),随着鼻咽癌临床分期的不断升级,HPA和MMP-9蛋白的阳性表达率逐渐增高(P<0.05);有颈淋巴结转移和远处转移者HPA和MMP-9阳性表达率明显增加(P<0.05),且HPA和MMP-9的阳性表达呈明显正相关(P=0.000)。结论在鼻咽癌组织中HPA和MMP-9呈高表达,二者的表达与鼻咽癌的侵袭、转移有一定的相关性。Objective To investigate the expression of heparanase and matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9） proteins as well as its clinical significance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods The expression of heparanase and MMP-9 proteins in 60 samples of poorly-differentiated NPC and 20 ones of chronic inflammatory tissue of nasopharynx was detected with immuno-histochemical staining separately.The results were analyzed in combination with the clinicopathological factors.Results The positive rates of heparanase and MMP-9 proteins in tumour tissue were 55%（33/60） and 60.0%（36/60） respectively,which were significantly higher than those in inflammatory tissue（P0.05）;the expression was significantly related to TNM stage,local lymphatic and distant metastases of the tumor（P0.05）.The expression of heparanase protein had a significant correlation with that of MMP-9 protein.Conclusion The positive expression of heparanase and MMP-9 may be significantly related to the invasive infiltration and metastasis in NPC.
