乙醇分离法联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察乙醇分离法联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法翼状胬肉178例(184只眼),随机表分组行乙醇分离法联合丝裂霉素C应用行翼状胬肉切除术90例(93只眼);翼状胬肉显微切除术联合丝裂霉素C应用88例(91只眼)。结果试验组术后角膜创面平均上皮修复时间为2.61 d,与对照组4.87 d差异有显著性(P<0.05)。试验组角膜创面愈合,泪膜稳定时间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。随访平均12个月,试验组复发2只眼,结膜增厚症1只眼,并发结膜囊肿2只眼,治愈率:94.62%;对照组治愈率:85.71%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论乙醇分离法从复发基础和原因两方面抑制翼状胬肉复发,是创伤少、并发症少、复发率低、安全性高,能快速恢复正常眼表结构的治疗翼状胬肉的新方法。Objective To observe ocular surface reconstruction and effects of 20% alcohol plus mitomycin C in the treatment of primary pterygium.Methods 184 eyes of 178 patients with primary pterygium were randomly allocated into two groups for the treatment：20% alcohol plus Mitomycin C（test groups：93 eyes of 90 patients）and microscope with Mitomycin C（Contrast groups：91 eyes of 88 patients）.Results The average epithelial healing times of the corneal sugical area were 2.13 and 3.78 days（P0.05）.The cure of the cornea sugical area and BUT showed difference（P0.05）.followed up 12 months of postoperative eyes in average,test groups：88 eyes were cured,2 eyes suffered a relapse and conjunctiva hyperplasia recrudescence happens in 1 eyes and concurrent conjunctival cyst in 2 eye,The cure rate was 94.62%;Contrast groups：78 eyes were cured,The cure rate was 85.71%（P0.05） Conclusion Comparing to the traditional clinical application,the new Methods can reduce the recurrence from both basis and cause,has the advantage of less complication,lower recurrence rate,higher security and ocular surface reconstruction.
