摘　　要：目的探讨官腔电切镜治疗子宫粘膜下肌瘤的临床效果。方法子宫黏膜下肌瘤143例行官腔电切镜治疗，随访观察术后月经的改变及并发症。结果手术均顺利完成，术后随访月经过多有效率97％；腹痛患者有效率100％。结论使用宫腔电切镜治疗子宫粘膜下肌瘤安全可靠。Objective： Inquire into a temple chamber the electricity slice a mirror treatment the womb glue clinical effect and Shu of the film bottom muscle lump after the prevention of complications.Methods： The womb mucosa descends muscle lump 143 routine temple chamber electricities slice a mirror treatment, with visit and observe Shu after the change and complications of the menstruation.
