小切口白内障手术联合小粱切除术与常规三联手术的临床对比分析

摘　　要：为了评价小切口白内障手术联合小梁切除术的效果，我们回顾性地对比分析了 ５２ 例青光眼合并白内障患者的临床资料，其中２２ 例 （３０ 眼） 行超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入及小梁切除术 （小切口组）， ３０ 例 （４４ 眼） 行白内障囊外摘除联合人工晶体植入及小梁切除术 （常规组）。结果显示： 术后 ６ 周内， 小切口组角膜散光度明显小于常规组， 且视力提高较大 （ Ｐ＜ ００１）； 术后 １２ 个月时， 两组的眼压控制成功率相似， 但小切口组需加用抗青光眼药物者少于常规组。提示小切口白内障手术联合小梁切除术的临床效果良好。Objective:To assess the clinical efficacy of combined small incision cataract surgery and trabeculectomy by comparison.Methods:22 cases (30 eyes) with glaucoma and cataract performed phacoemulsification and IOL implatation combined with trabeculectomy (small incision group) and 30 cases (44 eyes) with the same disease underwent ECCE and IOL implatation as well as trabeculectomy (routine group) were studied retrospectively.Results:The induced corneal astigmatism degrees were markedly lower and the mean visual acuity was better in small incision group than in the roution group within 6 weeks postoperatively.All 74 eyes had contralled IOPs and of 21 eyes needed medication,there were only 5 eyes in small incision group.Conclusion:The efficacy of combined small incision cataract surgery and trabeculectomy is similar to that of sequential cataract and filtration surgery.
