食管癌患者手术前后血清IL-2与SIL-2R水平的检测

摘　　要：采用 Ｍ Ｔ Ｔ 比色法与双抗体夹心法对３８ 例食管癌患者进行了手术前后 Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ 与 Ｓ Ｉ Ｌ－２ Ｒ 水平检测， 并以正常人作对照。结果表明：食管癌患者手术前血清 Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ 活性明显低于正常人，血清 Ｓ Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ Ｒ 水平明显地高于正常人；术后６ 个月复发者 Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ 与 Ｓ Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ Ｒ 水平持续异常，未复发者 Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ 与 Ｓ Ｉ Ｌ－ ２ Ｒ 水平恢复正常。观察了患者免疫功能的变化与肿瘤的发生及预后密切相关。The dynamic changes in level of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) were investigated before operation in carinoma of esophagus. The results showed that the IL-2 activity was significantly lower than that of normal control( P <0.01), and the SIL-2R activity was higher than that of normal control ( P <0.01). In postoperative follow-up for 6 months the IL-2 activities remanined lower and the SIL-2R values higher in the patients with recurrence, the IL-2 and IL-2R levels returned to normal in the patients without recurrence. There is correlation between immune function and the of carcinoma of esophagus.
