摘　　要：目的：探讨CT引导下^125I粒子植入治疗肾上腺转移癌的疗效。方法：对2008年12月至2010年7月收治的8例行cT引导下^125I粒子植入治疗的肾卜腺转移癌患者资料行回顾性分析。术前制定治疗计划系统（TPS）。单个粒子的放射性活度为29．6MBq，粒子间距0．5～1．0cm，中位MPD为102．9Gy（95．8～113．4Gy）。在CT引导下将^125I放射性粒子植入肾上腺肿瘤内。治疗后1—10月对病灶影像变化情况进行评价。结果：8例患者^125I粒子植入治疗后CT影像复查示：完全缓解（CR）3例，部分缓解（PR）4例，稳定（NC）1例，有效率87．5％（7／8）。所有患者均未出现严重不良反应，主要的并发症为疼痛（3例）、少量出血（1例）、发热（2例）。结论：CT引导下^125I粒子植入治疗肾上腺转移癌疗效确切，是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of CT guided radioactive seed 125l implantation in treatment of adrenal gland metastases. Methods ： 8 cases of adrenal gland metastases accepted CT guided radioactive seeds ^125I implantation. Treatment plan system was used to design the distribution of the seed ^125I needed. Mean MPD was 102.9 Gy（95.8 -113.4 Gy）. With the guidance of CT , the ^125I seeds （2 9.6 M B q） were implanted into the adrenal gland metastases at a distance of 0.5 - 1.0cm. A 1 - 10 months follow - up was conducted. The postoperative efficiency was evaluated by CT guided radioactive seed ^125I implantation. Results： The results showed CR in 3 cases, PR in 4 cases, NC in 1 case with a total effective rate of 87.5%. The main complication was pain （ 3 cases）, slight haemorrhage （ 1 case）, fever （ 2 cases）. Conclusions ： CT guided radioactive seed ^125I implantation is effective and safe in the treatment of adrenal gland metastases.
