布依族胎儿宫内发育指标研究

摘　　要：测 13～ 4 1周正常胎儿身长、体重、头围、胸围、腹围、上臂围、顶臀长、双顶径、足底长 ,13～ 35周者加测右肱骨及股骨长。结果 :身长、头围 2 8周前增长快 ,体重 2 2周后增长快 ,36周后足底增长快 ,其余指标各阶段差异无显著性 ,但 37周后均增长缓慢。 2 6～ 2 8周及 33～ 34周有增长高峰。结论 :布依族胎儿宫内发育有其民族特征 ,围产保健应掌握此特征 ,加强对 2个生长高峰的监护 ,可作为IUGR诊断标准之一。We investigated the increasing regulation of Buyi racial fetus.Measure normal fetus of 14-41 gestational age group.9 neonatal development parameters such as crown-heel length,weight,head circumference,chest circumference,abdominal circumference,upper arms circumference,crown-rump length,biparietal diameter and foot length were measured.Besides all those parameters,two more were measured occurring in the 13-35 gestational weeks:the right humerus length and the femur length.The growth of crown-heel length and head circumference was fast before the 28 gestational week.The growth of weight was fast after the 22 gestational week.The highest increase of foot length was in the 36-40 gestational weeks.The growth of the other parameters in the gestational period had no difference,but after 37 gestational week,the growth of them became slower.There were two growth peaks occuring between 26-28 and 33-34 gestational weeks. The fetal development of Buyi race had its racial character.When we do perinatal monitor,we should take care of the two growth peaks.The peaks can be used as one of the diagnostic criteria for IUGR.
