摘 要:克罗恩病(Crohn'sdisease,CD)患者的肠壁慢性炎症可导致肠道产生大量细胞外基质沉积,从而引起瘢痕收缩式狭窄.目前CD中肠道纤维化机制尚不明确且临床尚无有效的治疗方案,药物治疗的效果仍不理想.上皮间质转化存在于多种慢性疾病(如肾纤维化)的发病以及肿瘤的浸润转移过程中.有关上皮间质转化在其他器官纤维化过程中作用报道较多,在肠纤维化过程中研究较少,本文就上皮间质转化在CD患者肠壁纤维化过程中作用的研究进展作一概述.As a major complication of Crohn's disease(CD),intestinal fibrosis is thought to occur as a result of chronic inflammation and dysregulated wound healing.The mechanism of intestinal fibrosis is still incompletely understood.Specific therapies to halt or even reverse fibrosis have not been explored.Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) is a complex process in which epithelial cells lose their phenotypic and functional characteristics and develop features of the mesenchyme.Fibrosis-associated EMT specifically occurs in many organs.But it is seldom proved that EMT contributes to intestinal fibrosis in CD.The aim of this review is to discuss the role of EMT in the development of intestinal fibrosis in CD.
