双介入法治疗进展期胃癌伴幽门梗阻1例

摘　　要：本文报道应用双介入法治疗进展期胃癌幽门梗阻1例,首先置入支架解决梗阻症状,恢复患者经口进食,提高患者生活质量,再应用明胶海绵微粒栓塞胃癌,防治支架再狭窄,取得了较好疗效,特别是应用明胶海绵微粒进行化疗栓塞,既控制了肿瘤进展,又降低了胃壁坏死及穿孔的风险,其效果如能经大宗病例验证,将进一步丰富进展期胃癌的治疗方法,使更多患者受益.This paper reports the application of dual interventions in the treatment of a case of advanced gastric cancer with pyloric obstruction.Stent placement was performed to alleviate the obstructive symptoms,resume oral intake,and improve the quality of life,while embolization with gelatin sponge particles was performed to control cancer progression and prevent stent restenosis.Good effects were achieved in this case.Embolization with gelatin sponge particles not only controls tumor progression but also reduces the risk of gastric necrosis and perforation.
