小剂量甲氨蝶呤对RA患者血浆TNFαIL-6水平影响的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨小剂量甲氨蝶呤（ Ｍ Ｔ Ｘ） 对 Ｒ Ａ 患者血浆 Ｔ Ｎ Ｆα、 Ｉ Ｌ６ 水平的影响。方法　用放射免疫分析（ Ｒ Ｉ Ａ） 法研究了３０ 例 Ｒ Ａ 患者 Ｍ Ｔ Ｘ（１０ ｍｇ／ Ｗ） 治疗前后血浆 Ｔ Ｎ Ｆα、 Ｉ Ｌ６ 水平的变化。结果　 Ｍ Ｔ Ｘ 治疗６ 周后血浆 Ｔ Ｎ Ｆα、 Ｉ Ｌ６ 水平明显降低，以后进一步降低（ Ｐ＜ ００１） 。结论　 Ｍ Ｔ Ｘ 能有效地降低 Ｒ Ａ 患者血浆 Ｔ Ｎ Ｆα、 Ｉ Ｌ６ 水平。Objective To probe the influence of small dose methotrexate (MTX) upon plasma TNFα and IL 6 levels of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods The plasma TNFα and IL 6 level changes were studied by radioimmunologic assay (RIA) in 30 patients with RA before and after treatment of MTX (10 mg/w).Results After 6 weeks when they were treated with MTX,their plasma TNFα and IL 6 level reduced notably,and then continously reduced ( P <0 01).Conclusion Small dose MTX can reduce plsma TNFα and IL 6 levels of the patients with RA,and make their conditions improve.
