摘　　要：目前食品安全方面的法律规制已初步形成一定的体系,而其中乳制品安全事关婴幼儿的健康与发育,因此乳制品安全法律规制的完善尤为重要,文章从健全缺陷乳制品召回制度、加强乳制品安全事故处罚力度、建立乳制品突发事件的应急法律规制、健全乳制品安全法律体系四个方面提出了完善的建议。The food safety laws system has taken into shape,dairy products are related to children s health and development,so the improvement of legal regulation is particularly important.This paper reviewed the defect of the system of dairy recall,the strengthen penalties for accidents dairy products,emergency response established legal regulation of dairy products,and improved the law legal system of the dairy products safe.
