摘　　要：新型农民的培训是社会主义新农村建设的关键环节。农民培训信息平台是新型农民培训的重要手段,是农业信息化发展到一定阶段的产物,是信息化与农村职业教育结合的有益探索,也是促进三农问题的解决和加速新农村建设重要措施。农民培训信息平台的建设涉及多方面的问题和关系,从农民培训信息平台概念的界定,现实和理论需求和平台构建的必要性等几个方面进行研究。The training of new farmers is the key to the construction of socialist new rural areas.Farmer training information platform is an important means of training for new farmers,agricultural information development to a certain stage of the product,is the information combined with the intention of vocational education in rural areas to explore,but also to promote and accelerate agriculture problems important measure of new rural construction.Training of farmers involved in the construction of information platform for a wide range of issues and relationships,this article attempts farmer training platform definition of the concept of information,practical and theoretical requirements and the need to build platforms to study several aspects.
