参芪扶正注射液联合吲哚美辛对小鼠癌性恶病质发生及细胞因子干预的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参芪扶正注射液联合吲哚美辛对小鼠癌性恶病质的治疗效果及对肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)干预的效果。方法将50只BALB/C小鼠随机分为5组,A组(健康对照组)10只、B组(荷瘤+生理盐水组)10只、C组(荷瘤+参芪扶正注射液组)10只、D组(荷瘤+吲哚美辛组)10只、,E组(荷瘤+参芪扶正注射液+吲哚美辛组)10只。用小鼠结肠癌细胞株CT-26接种雄性BALB/C小鼠构建癌症恶病质实验模型,测定荷瘤28d后小鼠血清TNFα-、IL-1、IL-6水平变化及小鼠去瘤体质量变化,观察各组对癌性恶病质疾病进展的干预效果。结果在接种后第14天,A组小鼠体质量逐渐增加(P<0.05),B、C、D、E组小鼠体质量较A组减轻(P<0.05)。在接种后第28天,B组小鼠去瘤体质量低于C、D、E组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且C、D组去瘤体质量均低于E组(P<0.05)。第28天B组小鼠瘤体重量重于C、D、E组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组血清细胞因子水平低于B、C、D、E组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组血清细胞因子水平高于C组、D组、E组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组小鼠血清细胞因子水平高于C组和E组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组血清细胞因子水平高于E组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正注射液联合吲哚美辛较单用参芪扶正注射液或吲哚美辛可有效地延缓小鼠癌性恶病质状态。Objective To discuss the treatment effect of Shenqifuzheng injection combined indomethacin to cancer cachexia on mouse and intervention effect of tumor necrosis factor-α （ TNF-α ）, interleukin-1 （ IL-1 ）, IL-6. Methods 50 BALB/C mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, A group （control group, 10）, B group （tumor ＋ saline group, 10 ）, C group （ tumor ＋ Shenqifuzheng injection group, 10 ）, D group （ tumor ＋ indomethacin group, 10 ）, E group （ tumor ＋ Shenqifuzheng injection ＋ indomethacin group, 10）. Cancer cell lines using mouse inoculation CT-26 male BALB/C mice were constructed experimental models of cancer cachexia, after 28d determined the levels of TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6 in mice to tumor quality changes were observed in integrative medicine on cancer cachexia intervention of disease progression. Results At 14th day after inoculation,body weight of A group gradual increased（P 〈0.05 ） ;Compared with A group,the body weight of B, C, D, E group reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ）. At 28th day after inoculation, to tumor mass of B group was less than that of C, D, E group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; And to tumor mass of C, D groups were lower than that of E group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. At 28th day after inoculation, tumor weight of B group was more than that of C,D,E groups（P 〈0. 05）. The serum cytokine level of A geoup was lower than those of B,C,D, E groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The serum cytokine level of B geoup were higher than those of C, D, E groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The serum cytokine level of D geoup were higher than those of C and E groups （P 〈 0.05 ） ;The serum cytokine level of C geoup were higher than those of E group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Shenqifuzheng injection combined indomethacin can effectively delay the state of mouse cancer cachexia.
