瘤内微血管密度与舌癌术后复发的相关性研究

摘　　要：应用免疫组化方法 ( L SAB法 )对 38例舌癌患者进行了血管内皮细胞染色观察。结果发现 ,复发组舌癌中的瘤内微血管密度 ( IMVD)较未复发组明显升高 ,差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 0 1) ,两组间的肿瘤分化程度、临床分期、肿瘤大小无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。提示肿瘤复发与 IMVD有关 ,IMVD可作为预测舌癌复发的指标。samples of tongue cancer were stained by immnohistochemical method Result showed the intratumour microvessel density(IMVD)in recurrence group was significently higher than that in nonreurrence group(P<0 01) There is no significent difference in tumor grade,clinical stage and tumor size(P>0 05)between the two groups It suggest that tumor recurrence are significently related to IMVD,and IMVD could be as a independent factor in predicting recurrence of tongue cancer
