摘  要:免费政策实施后的儿童辍学问题是整个教育界关注的焦点问题,研究在甘肃省少数民族地区农村选取三个各具特色的样本县进行对比分析,结果显示,经济发展水平较低、宗教信仰因素差异、家长文化素质低下、学校课程和生活乏味是造成辍学的重要原因。为此,民族地区要因地制宜地开展学校教育布局调整,建立民族教育优先区,充分发挥宗教界人士在办学方面的积极作用,动员全社会努力推动民族地区儿童受教育权利的落实。Since the issue of the Free Education Policy,the issue of school-age children dropping out of school has become the focus of the education circle.This study makes an comparative analysis of the three sample counties selected from the ethnic minority rural areas in Gansu Province.The results show that the low level of economic development,religious belief,low literacy level of parents,monotonous school curriculum and life are the major reasons for school-age children discontinuing their studies in the school.Therefore,suggestions are provided as follows:to adjust the educational distribution in the minority areas,to give priority to the education in minority areas,to bring the religious people's role into full play,and to call on the whole society to protect the right of school-age children in minority areas to education.
