摘  要:针对转压气机前后转子不同转差下的转子间流场分布有其自身特点,本文采用粒子图像速度仪(Particle Image Velocimetry,PIV)测量前后级转子等转速及不同转差下级间通道内的流场结构,并对测量结果进行了分析。结果表明:不同转差条件下压气机转子间流场分布随转差及相位呈现较为明显的变化,前级转子叶栅尾迹分布随不同转差会对后级转子进口流场产生较大扰动,必然会对压气机的性能产生较大的影响。The flow field between two rotors under the rotating-speed difference in the counter-rotating compressor will affect the compressor performance.In this paper,some rotating-speed differences are measured and tested on a dual-stage axial counter-rotating compressor by using the particle image velocimetry(PIV) technique to describe the rotor-rotor interaction of flow field structure.The results of analysis show that the unsteady flow fields under the different rotating-speed differences and phases are varied evidently and the contribution of the moving flow field generated by the rotors and that of the first stage wake will affect the second rotor inlet flow and result in evident effects on the compressor's performance.
