高职高专药学教育如何适应基层医疗的需求

摘　　要：随着毕业生越来越严峻的就业形势和基层医疗专业人才的缺少,如何才能形成二者之间的良性互动,本文以药学专业为例,从现有的教学模式、专业素质教育和学生的就业方向等方面提出了看法和建议。With the increase tensity of employment and the urgent demand of professionals in the basic medical, there are some problem how college adapt to the economic development. We provide some suggests pharmacy education as exemple on present education model, diathesis education and orientation of employment.
