摘　　要：经直肠超声是诊断前列腺癌的重要手段。随着超声技术的发展,经直肠超声检测前列腺癌的敏感性和特异性有了很大的提高,并且在前列腺癌的治疗中也取得了新的进展。本文主要就经直肠超声在前列腺癌的诊断和治疗等方面的应用进展作一综述。Transrectal ultrasound is an important means for diagnosis of prostate cancer. With the development of ultrasound technology, the sensitivity and specificity of transrectal ultrasound in diagnosis of prostate cancer have been greatly improved, and new progresses have been made in the treatment of prostate cancer. This article reviews the application of transreetal ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
