摘 要:提出了一种分时段无功考核新方法,以用户月平均功率因数作为考核对象,分别考核用户在峰时段、平时段和谷时段的平均功率因数,且考核标准也相应地有所不同。为了验证这种新方法对电力系统运行的影响,以部分实际用户为对象,利用电力系统分析综合程序建立仿真网络,根据用户的月用电总量、最大利用小时数和功率因数求出用户的有功功率和无功功率,然后计算网络在原考核标准和新的考核标准下的潮流分布,结果表明该方法可以提高电压质量,降低电网功率损耗,并且当用户功率因数越差时,考核标准越高,影响就越明显。最后根据现有用户无功补偿情况提出了新考核方法应用的硬件改造和投资方案。A new method to charge reactive power according to time interval is proposed.Taking monthly average power factor of consumer as charging object,the average power factors of consumer in different load time intervals,namely peak load,shoulder load and valley load,are charged while the charging criteria are correspondingly different.To verify the effect of the proposed method on power system operation,taking partial actual consumers as the object and building simulation network by power system analysis software package(PSASP),the active and reactive power consumed by the consumers can be solved according to their monthly electricity consumption,the maximum utilization hours and power factors,then the power flow distributions in power network under original charging criterion and new charging criterion can be calculated.Calculation results show that by use of the proposed method the voltage quality can be improved and network loss can be reduced.Besides,the effect of the proposed method will be more obvious under worse power factor of consumer and the stricter charging criterion.Finally,based on existing reactive power compensation of consumer,the hardware renovation scheme and investment project for the application of new charging means are put forward.
