摘　　要：社会发展的不同阶段对人才的要求不同。高等学校必须树立人人成才、多样化的人才观念,对培养目标恰当定位,以寻求合理的发展空间,走科学定位、特色发展之路。There are different demands at different stages of social development.Colleges and universities must establish diversified talent philosophy such as everyone can be talent and make correct cultivation object location to seek reasonable development space and walk the road of scientific location and development with characteristics.
