摘　　要：本文通过问卷调查、电话访谈,了解高职院校辅导员职业生涯管理的实际状况,并从高职院校辅导员职业目标的视角提出了高职院校辅导员职业发展培训及职业生涯管理需求的几方面,从而为高职院校辅导员职业管理的完善提供一定的现实依据。In order to know the actual condition of the college＇s counsellor career management in China to improve the college＇s counsellor career management according the reality,this text gets the information about putting award and programming of the objective of the college＇s counsellor career management,exerting and observing serf-competence,the difference between the development and aim of the career,the training of the career development,and the need of the college＇s counsellor career management by questionnaire investigating and telephone interview.
