应用釉质成形术结合窝沟封闭术的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用釉质成形术结合窝沟封闭术预防窝沟龋的效果。方法选择80例6～10岁儿童的160颗健康第一恒磨牙分为两组,选用自身对照方法,分别采用釉质成形术后窝沟封闭法(实验组)和常规窝沟封闭法(对照组),比较两种方法封闭剂的保留率,观察两种封闭术的临床效果。结果实验组与对照组窝沟封闭剂脱落率短期内无明显差异,但在一年和两年后对照组窝沟封闭剂脱落率明显高于实验组(P<0.05)。结论应用釉质成形术结合窝沟封闭术明显提高窝沟封闭剂的保存率,从而增强了窝沟封闭剂的长期防龋效果。Objective Angioplasty observe the enamel pit and fissure caries with sealant to prevent the effects of.Methods 80 cases of children aged 6 to 10,160 healthy first permanent molars were divided into two groups,the choice of self-control methods were used after angioplasty as pit and fissure enamel method（experimental group） and conventional sealant method（control group） compare the two methods sealant retention rate observed clinical effects of two closed surgery.Results Experimental group and control group rate of sealant loss was no significant difference in the short term,but in the control group after one year and two years of pit and fissure sealant loss was significantly higher than the experimental gro up（P0.05）.Conclusion Application of enamel plasty with pit and fissure sealant pit and fissure sealant significantly improved the survival rate,thus increasing the long-term anti-caries effects of pit and fissure sealants.
