摘 要:本研究对男大学生第一学期体育教学活动前后的哈弗台阶指数运用进行了比较,结果显示:4个不同的体育运动项目教学都不同程度地提高了男大学生的心血管机能,其中游泳项目具有更为明显的效果;在单因素方差分析中,4个不同项目在教学后的台阶指数均值有非常显著的差异(P<0.01);在多重比较中,游泳与羽毛球(P<0.01)、乒乓球(P<0.01)、篮球(P<0.01)的教学效果存在非常显著的差异,篮球、羽毛球、乒乓球三者之间均未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。This study compares Harvard step test index applied before and after the first semester of physical education activities for male students, and the results show that: four different kinds of physical education activities program teaching have in different levels improved the cardiovascular ftmction of male students, among which swimming program has a more significant effect; in the single factor variance analysis, the average of step test index after teaching four different programs has a very significant difference ( P〈0.01 ) ; in multiple comparisons, there is a very significant difference in the teaching effect of swimming and badminton ( P〈0.01 ) , table tennis ( P〈0.01 ) , basketball ( P 〈0.01 ) , and basketball, badminton, table tennis haven't reached significant levels ( P〉 0.05 ) .
