小柴胡汤联合环磷酰胺对EAC肝癌小鼠细胞凋亡影响的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究小柴胡汤联合环磷酰胺对小鼠EAC肝癌细胞的抗癌作用及机制。[方法]40只昆明种小鼠,皮下注射浓度为2.0×106/mL的EAC肝癌小鼠细胞株0.2mL/只,分别给予小柴胡汤、环磷酰胺、小柴胡汤+环磷酰胺处理小鼠,10天后处死小鼠计算抑瘤率;HE染色下观察肿瘤细胞形态学改变;透射电镜观察肿瘤细胞超微结构。[结果]小柴胡汤联合环磷酰胺抑制肿瘤作用最明显,其抑瘤率为38.85%。中西联合用药能有效的诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。[结论]小柴胡汤联合环磷酰胺对EAC肝癌小鼠细胞有明显的抑瘤作用,其抑制肿瘤的机制可能是诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡。[Objective]Make the research about the Anti-cancer effect and mechanism of small entrapement soup combined cyclophosphamide affect EAC hepatumor cells in mice.[Method]Forty KB mice were injected EAC hepatumor cells（2.0 106/mL,0.2 mL/single）by subcutaneous.Then we use small entrapement soup,cyclophosphamide,small entrapement soup combined cyclophosphamide to deal with the mice respectively.After ten days,the mice were killed and calculate inhibitory percentage of tumor cell;the ultrastructure of tumor were observed under transmission electron microscopy;tumor cell morphology change were observed by HE dyeing.[Result]Small entrapement soup combined cyclophosphamide is the most obvious effects of tumor cell,and the inhibitory percentage of tumor is 38.85%.Tumor cell apoptosis can be effective induced by Traditional Chinese medicine combined Western medicine.[Conclusion]Small entrapement soup combined cyclophosphamide has significant inhibitory effects of tumor on EAC hepatumor cells in mice,and may be the mechanism of tumor inhibition by inducing tumor cell apoptosis.
