摘　　要：实验研究是科学发展的基础,尤其是动物实验,是生命科学实验研究中的重要组成部分。在20世纪60年代,学术界正式提出了"动物模型"的概念。动物模型是医学实验中按特定设计用动物模拟人体的一种模型。目前使用动物模型已成为现代生物医学研究中极其重要的实验方法和手段,有助于更方便、更有效地认识人类疾病的发生、发展规律和防治措施研究。Experimental study is the scientific development foundation,especially animal experiments,life sciences is an important part of experimental studies.In the 1960s,academia formally put forward the concept of ＂animal models＂ [1] is the medical experiments in animal model according to the specific design with animal model body of a model.Currently using animal models has become a modern biomedical research in extremely important experiment method and means,and help more convenient and more effectively understanding of human diseases occurrence,development regularity and prevention measures.
