中西医结合治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变68例

摘　　要：[目的]观察中西医结合治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效。[方法]将136例(136只眼)随机分成两组。对照组68例(68只眼),选用维生素B1,维生素C,弥可保,肌苷口服或静脉滴注银杏达莫20mL加入0.9%生理盐水250mL等治疗;治疗组68例(68只眼),在对照组治疗基础上加服三仁汤加减治疗。[结果]总有效率治疗组为94.1%,对照组为82.35%,两组比较(P<0.01)。[结论]中西医结合治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变比单用西药疗效好。[Objective]To observe the integrative medicine treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy clinical curative effect.[Methods]136 cases（136 eye） patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group 68 cases（68 eye）,choose vitamin B1,vitamin C,mierme insurable,both inosine oral or intravenous drip ginkgo da mo 20mL join 0.9% physiological saline treatment;250mL etc.The treatment group 68 cases（68 eye）,in the control group treatment on the basis of add medicine three benevolence tonga reduction treatment.[Results]The total effective rate of treatment group is 94.1% group and 82.35%,two groups of comparisons,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Integrative medicine treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy lesions than western medicine alone good curative effect.
