摘  要:目的了解接受在职自考硕士教育的护理人员焦虑状况,为护理管理者对护理人员心理行为进行管理和干预提供依据。方法应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对36名在职自考硕士护理人员进行心理状态调查和评定。结果本组人群焦虑水平明显高于我国成人常模(P〈0.01),其焦虑程度受病室床位数、上夜班年数、每月夜班次数影响,且临床一线护士、低年资护士、外科病房护士焦虑程度较高。结论在职自考硕士护理人员存在明显的焦虑状况,管理者应该关注在职学历教育护理人员的心理健康问题,采取切实有效的措施,提供有效的社会支持,心理保健咨询和保健服务,从而降低焦虑的发生率,提高其心理应激能力。Objective To determine the level of anxiety in on-the-job nurses self-studying for master degree, and provide useful information to nursing managers for promoting the psychological health level of the nurses. Methods Nurses self-studying for master degree were investigated with self-Rated Anxiety Scale (SAS). Results The anxiety level in the nurses showed higher than that of the normal group in China ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , which was related to bed number in ward, years of night duty, and number of night duty per month. Moreover, nurses who engaged in clinical work, junior nurses and nurses working in surgery departments showed higher level of anxiety. Conclusions Anxiety was prevalent among nurses self-studying for master degree. The nursing managers should pay close attention to the mental health of nurses engaged in after graduate education and take effective measures to improve their coping abilities.
