摘　　要：临床实习是医学教育环节中的重要组成部分.笔者通过多年实习生管理的体会,论述影响临床实习教学质量的因素,探讨保证临床实习教学质量的方法.随着教学和毕业分配制度的改革、就业形势严峻等多方面因素严重冲击着医学生的临床实习,影响着临床实习教学质量的稳定和提高,给临床实习教学质量带来不利影响,因此,我们必须高度重视医学临床实习教学,保证临床实习质量,使学生能真正理解、掌握并应用医学基础理论、基本知识;加强基本技能训练,学习临床思维分析方法,为医学生的执业生涯奠定坚实的基础.Cllnical practice is an important component of medical education. Through years of experiences of intern management , the author discusses the influence factors on the quality of the teaching of clinical practice and the method ensuring clinical practice teaching quality . With the re- form of teaching and the distribution system of graduation ,grim employment situation and other factors severely impacting on the medical students＂ clinical practice . It has not only affected the stabilization and improvement of clinical practice teaching quality ,but also bring adverse impact to the teaching quality of clinical practice ,. Therefore, we must attach great importance to the clinical practice teaching to ensure the quality of clinical practice, so that the students can truly understand , master and apply medical basic theory and knowledge. By Strengthening basic skill training and learning the method of clinical thinking analvsis ,it will lay a solid foundation for medical students career .
