康艾注射液联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察康艾注射液联合化疗治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法:将45例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组23例采用康艾注射液静脉滴注,同时配合化疗,对照组单用化疗,比较两组的近期缓解率、生活质量变化、不良反应情况。结果:治疗组PR率及总有效率(PR+SD)比对照组均略高,但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组生活质量好转率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应较对照组减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康艾注射液联合化疗能明显提高晚期大肠癌患者的生活质量,并减轻化疗不良反应。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Kang′ai Injection combined with chemotherapy in treating advanced colorectal cancer.Methods：forty-five patients were randomized into the treatment group and control group.23 cases in the treatment group were treated by Kang′ ai Injection coordinated with chemotherapy and those in the control group were treated by chemotherapy only.To compare the short-term response rate,quality changes of life and adverse reactions of chemotherapy between two groups.Results：The partial remission rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group were slightly higher than those in the control group without statistical difference between the two groups.The improvement rate of quality of life in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group with statistical difference between the two groups.The adverse reactions of chemotherapy in the treatment group were milder than those in the control group,showing statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion：Kang′ ai Injection combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy.
