摘　　要：[目的]调查医学硕士新生心理健康状况及其影响因素。[方法]采用症状自评量表对498名医学硕士新生进行匿名问卷调查。[结果]医学硕士新生心理症状阳性率为26.9%;SCL-90总分、各因子得分均低于全国常模;体育锻炼、不同生源以及恋爱经历是影响医学硕士新生心理健康状况的主要因素。[结论]医学硕士新生心理健康状况较好,但其心理健康教育工作仍需进一步加强。[Objective]To study the mental health and its influencing factor of medical postgraduate freshmen.[Methods]498 medical postgraduate freshmen in Chongqing Medical University were tested by Symptom Checklist 90.[Results]The rate of positive symptom in medical postgraduate freshmen was 26.9%.The overall score and each factor score of the SCL-90 were lower than Chinese norm.Physical exercise,source of the students,love experience were the main influencing factors of the medical postgraduate freshmen.[Conclusion]The medical postgraduate freshmen have better mental health status.Psychosomatic health education for the medical postgraduate freshmen still should be enhanced.
