浅谈武警院校科研学术管理的规范化

摘　　要：武警院校科研学术管理是武警院校教学管理的重要组成部分。随着武警院校编制体制的调整和内部管理体制改革的不断深入，武警院校科研学术管理问题已经越来越得到院校各级领导的重视。规范化管理的基本方略是：确立科学的科研学术管理理念，实现依法规范化管理，防治科研学术异化现象的发生，端正学术风气，保证科研活动的健康发展，为科研人员发展和科研创新提供强力支持。Science and research management is a significant component of teaching management system of CAPF colleges and universities. Along with the unceasing thorough adjustment of the structure and organization of CAPF colleges and universities and the internal governance system reform, the problems in science and research management of CAPF colleges is getting more and more attention from leaders at all levels. The basic strategies of solution include establishing the scientific concepts on xcience and research management, realizing standardized management according to law, preventing alienation of scicence, improving academic atmosphere, ensuring the healthy developments of research activities, to provide the development of researchers and scientific creativity with a powerful back -up.
