摘　　要：Clusterin蛋白在肿瘤发生和进展过程中起重要的抗细胞坏死和抗凋亡作用,肿瘤细胞中不同亚型的CLU表达水平与肿瘤细胞的侵袭能力相关,肿瘤的发生发展与sCLU过表达和nCLU缺失有关。Clusterin蛋白在多种肿瘤组织中都有异常的表达,可作为多种恶性肿瘤和癌前病变的早期检测标记物,也可作为肿瘤预后评价的参考指标。Clusterin（CLU） proteins in tumorigenesis and progress plays an important resistance of the cell necrosis and antiapoptotic role,CLU expression level of tumor cells in different types is related to attack ability of tumor cells,tumorigenesis and progress is related to sCLU overexpress and nCLU lack expression.CLU proteins in a wide variety of tumor tissues are abnormal expression,can be used as early detection markers of many malignancies and precancerosis,but also as reference index.of a tumor prognostic evaluation.
