摘　　要：目的评估此次培训效果,判断培训效果的影响因素。方法通过设计调查问卷,了解受训人员基本情况和培训前后对相关知识的掌握;通过统计学分析,判断培训效果和影响因素。结果与结论地市级药品不良反应监测工作人员年龄多集中在30~50岁之间,以大学本科学历、中级职称居多。此次培训效果显著,地区差异对培训效果有一定影响。Objective To evaluate the training effectiveness and to analyze the factors affecting training effect.Methods Through filling the questionnaire,trainees＇ basic information and relevant knowledge before and after training were acquired.Through statistical analysis,training effectiveness and impact factors were judged.Results and Conclusion Most of the municipal staff of adverse drug reaction monitoring concentrated in the age between 30~50 years old with college degrees and intermediate grade.The training was effective.Regional difference was a significant impact factor to training effectiveness.
