摘　　要：在分析可持续发展、企业和企业战略三者相互关系的基础上，结合知识经济的特征和可持续发展理论，提出了影响企业可持续竞争力的三大要素，探讨了三要素之间的因果关系．运用系统工程方法论，设计了企业可持续竞争力评价指标体系；运用物元理论方法，建立了企业生存能力、企业战略决策与管理能力以及企业可持续发展能力评价的物元模型。The relationship between sustainable development, enterprise and strategic management was analyzed. On the basis of it, the three main factors of the sustainable competitive capacity of enterprise were proposed according to the features of knowledge economy and the theory of sustainable development, and the impact of the three factors was discussed. The theory and method of system engineering was used to build the evaluation index systems. By using the theory of matter element analysis, the models for evaluation existence capacity and sustainable development capacity were formulated. The matrix of making strategic decisions was given.
