摘  要:基于超微电动机的主要参数之间相互限制和约束,提出将遗传算法应用于超微电动机的参数设计,利用遗传算法的特性进行辅助超微电动机设计.首先确定超微电动机的简化数学模型,结合电动机工作环境对其性能的要求,确定超微电动机设计中的评价函数,利用遗传算法在整个参数空间内搜索,得到超微电动机的主要参数。This paper described the ideas of the design of a micro motor. The novel structure which one rotor is set between two stators makes the micro motor gain larger torque output. The magnetic flux density B in the stator with multiple layers is not a constant, which affects the design of main parameters of the micro motor. It was put forward that genetic algorithms (GA) are used for optimization of the parameters to satisfy the constraint satisfaction problems (CSP) in the design of micro motor. After the simple mathematical models of electromagnetic micro motor being drawn, the objective function that is the only dynamic to guide the search of GA can be defined combining with the specific targets of the design. By the search in the space of parameters, the fittest parameters of the micro motor will be obtained. The results were also described.
