摘　　要：目的 比较标准和改良Moore分类法在下颈椎损伤中的临床应用价值.方法 对200例下颈椎损伤患者先后应用标准及改良Moore分类法进行分类诊断,确定治疗方法,并对两种结果进行比较分析.结果 根据标准Moore分类法选择治疗方法,其中手术治疗96例,应当手术而患方要求采用非手术治疗20例,非手术治疗84例.根据改良Moore分类法确定治疗方法,其中手术治疗98例,应当手术而患方要求非手术治疗39例,非手术治疗63例.只有在前柱损伤及前柱、后柱均损伤患者中,使用两种分类法后结果的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01或0.05）.结论 改良Moore分类法表述更为全面,在指导治疗方面更加简易可行,优于标准Moore分类法.Objective To compare the clinical application of standard Moore classification with the modified one in lower cervical spine injuries. Methods Two hundred patients with lower cervical spine injuries were classified with standard and modified Moore classification. The diagnosis and management of patients with two classification methods were compared. Results According to standard Moore classification, 96 cases received operation, 20 cases were required, but did not undergo operation, 84 cases received conservative therapy. According to modified Moore classification, 98 cases received operation, 39 cases were required but did no to have operation, 63 cases received conservative therapy. There were differences between standard and modified Moore classification in anterior column injuries and anterior and posterior column injuries cases （χ^2=13.84 and 4.09,P〈 0.01 or 0.05）. Conclusion The modified Moore classification provides more easy and practicable guidance for diagnosis and management of patients with lower cervical spine injuries.
