胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤的CT诊断

摘　　要：目的 探讨胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤的CT表现及诊断价值.方法 使用GE HISPEED CT/I对8例胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤患者进行扫描,发现和确定病灶后进行增强扫描,观察分析其CT表现.结果 8例胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤均经手术病理检查证实.4例胃部平滑肌肿瘤,4例肠道平滑肌肿瘤（十二指肠平滑肌瘤1例,结肠平滑肌瘤1例,空肠平滑肌瘤1例和空肠平滑肌肉瘤1例）.平滑肌肿瘤CT表现：良性肿瘤大多呈圆形,肿瘤表现光滑、边界清楚、实质均匀、CT值40 Hu;增强扫描,肿瘤强化显著,肿瘤与周围分界清晰、周围无明显浸润,CT值一般为53 Hu.胃肠道平滑肌肉瘤体积较大,CT表现为软组织密度块影,其内见有低密度液化坏死区,如向外浸润和临近脏器粘连并肝脏转移,可形成肿块,无一例形状边界不规则.结论 胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤的CT表现有其特异性,CT检查有重要的诊断价值.Objective To explore the CT manifestation and the diagnostic value of leiomyomatous tmnor of gastrointestinal tract in 8 patients.Methods 8 patients with gastrointestinnal tract leiomyoma tumor were scaned with GE HISPEED CT/I.proceeding to scan with contrast agent when detected and ascertained the nidus.Results There were 4 eases gastric smooth muscle tumors in 8 patients,and 1 case was leiomyosarcoma of stomach,1 case was duodenal muscle tumors,1 case as jejuna muscle tumors and another is leiomyosarcoma of jejunum.Conclusion The location,contour and characteristic of imaging is important standard of leiomyomatous tumor of gastrointestinal tract.
