摘 要:目的:探讨核因子-κB(NF-κB)p65、细胞凋亡抑制蛋白-2(c-IAP2)和半胱氨酸蛋白水解酶-3(Caspase-3)在宫颈癌组织中表达的意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测NF-κBp65、c-IAP2和Caspase-3在44例宫颈癌、50例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及30例正常宫颈组织中的表达情况。结果:宫颈癌和CIN中NF-κBp65,c-IAP2的阳性表达率高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.05),而Caspase-3的表达率低于正常宫颈组织(P<0.05),3个指标在CINⅠ和正常宫颈组织中的表达无差异(P>0.05),在CINⅡ~Ⅲ中NF-κBp65,c-IAP2的表达高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.05),而Caspase-3的表达低于正常宫颈组织(P<0.05);NF-κBp65,c-IAP2,Caspase-3在宫颈癌的不同临床分期中的表达无差异(P>0.05),NF-κBp65,c-IAP2在低分化和有淋巴结转移组宫颈癌组织中的表达高于高分化组织和无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05),而Caspase-3的表达低于高分化组织和无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05);NF-κBp65与c-IAP2在宫颈癌中的表达呈正相关,NF-κBp65,c-IAP2在宫颈癌中的表达与Caspase-3的表达呈负相关。结论:宫颈癌中NF-κBp65、c-IAP2高表达而Caspase-3低表达可能和宫颈癌的发生发展有关。Objective :To study the expression and significance of nuclear transcription factor-KB ( NF-κB ) p65, Inhibitor of Apoptosis Protein ( c-IAP2 ), Caspase-3 ( Caspase-3 ) in cervical carcinoma. Methods : NF-κBp65,c-IAP2 and Caspase-3 expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry in 44 cervical cancers, 50 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN)and 30 normal cervical tissues. Results: The positive expression rate of NF-KBp65, c-IAP2 in cervical cancer and CIN were higher than in normal cervical tissue ( P〈0.05 ) , while Caspase-3 was lower( P〈0.05 ), the expression of three indicators in mild cervical intraepithelial neoplasia ( CIN I )and normal cervical tissue was no difference(P〉0.05),the expression rate of NF-κBp65, c-IAP2 were higher in severe cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN Ⅱ and CIN Ⅲ )than in normal tissue ( P〈 0. 05 ), while Caspase-3was lower ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the expression of NF-κBp65, c- IAP2and Caspase-3 in different clinical stages of cervical cancer was no difference(P〉0.05), the expression rate of NF-KBp65, c-IAP2 were higher in poorly differentiated cervical carcinoma and lymph node metastasis than in well organized and without lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.05 ),while Caspase-3 was lower( P〈0.05 );the expression rate of NF-KBp65 and c-IAP2 in cervical cancer was positively correlated, both of the two indicators were negatively correlated with Caspase-3. Conclusion:The high expression rates of NF-KBp65 and c-IAP2 and the low of Caspase-3 may be related to the development of cervical cancer.
