摘　　要：目的:观察FRⅡ型矫治器矫治替牙期安氏Ⅱ类错的效果。方法:选取21名经FRⅡ型矫治器矫治的替牙期安氏Ⅱ类错满意病例,以矫治前后的X线头影测量数据进行分析评价。结果:FRⅡ型矫治器可促进下颌生长,同时引起上切牙舌倾,下切牙唇倾。结论:FRⅡ型矫治器可产生明显的生长改良效果。Objective： To observe the results of FR Ⅱ appliance treatment of class Ⅱ malocclusion by cephalometry.Methods： Twenty-one cases of mixed dentition class Ⅱ malocclusion with successful FRⅡ appliance treatment were included,and the X-ray cephalometric data before and after the treatment were analyzed.Results： FR Ⅱ appliance could promote the growth of mandibular,and caused lingual inclination of upper incisors and inclination lip of lower incisors at the same time.Conclusion： The FR Ⅱ appliance could achieve remarkable effects of growth modification of dentognathic system.
