摘　　要：对早期剥落失效的轧辊进行了检验分析，阐述了裂纹的萌生、扩展的机制，指出了碳化物的带状偏析是影响轧辊早期剥落失效的主要原因。提出了避免碳化物带状偏析的有效措施。The roll of early spelling ineffectiveness has been examined and analyzed. Themechanisms of initiation and growth of crack are discussed and it is pointed out that the zonal segregation of carbide is the main cause of early spalling ineffectiveness for roll. The effective measuresare presented bo avoid zonal segragation of carbide.
