胃癌组织中Oct4表达及其临床病理意义的探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨Oct4蛋白在不同分化胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法分别检测25例不同分化的胃癌组织及10例正常胃组织中Oct4的表达。结果:免疫组化检测显示,Oct4在低分化胃癌组织中的表达率为68.8%(11/16),而在高中分化胃癌组织及正常胃组织中未见表达,P=0.000 97。Oct4蛋白表达与胃癌患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期等临床病理参数不相关,P>0.05。结论:肿瘤干细胞标志Oct4表达于胃癌组织中,并且与胃癌的分化密切相关。OBJECTIVE： To study the expression of Oct4 in gastric cancer tissues and its clinical significances. METHODS： The expressions of Oct4 was detected by SP immunohistochemisry in 25 cases of gastric cancer and 10 cases of normal gastric tissues. RESULTS： The positive expression of Oct4 in gastric cancer with poor differentiation was 68.8%（11/16）, whereas no expression was detected in gastric cancer with wellmoderate differentiation （P〈0.000 97）. The expression of Oct4 was not correlated with other clinicopathologic parameters of gastric cancer（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Oct4 as the marker of tumor stem cells is expressed in gastric cancer tissues and tightly related with the cell differentiation of gastric cancer.
